Detailed Description
This project involvedthe supply and installation of solar hybrid power systems (solar system coupled with diesel generator) for telecom BTS sites owned by MTN and other telecom companies.BTS sites running purely on diesel generators were expensive to run besides being unreliable, especially in remote areas where access is difficult.
Scope of work:
Equipment supplied included Fortune CP solar panels, charge controllers, AGM VRLA batteries and inverters.
Fortune CP implements solar and energy efficiency projects in the Africa and worldwide. Our solar systems are used by prominent companies and organisations such as Government (various ministries), Banks, Oil companies, Factories, Telecom companies, Hotels and others. The systems are used for electricity generation in residential buildings, commercial buildings, telecom BTS towers, rural electrification, schools and hospitals, farms and more.
