Company History

Fortune CP was founded in 2004 and was registered as a Limited Company in England and Wales at Companies House. In the early years of its existence the company activities included management consultancy, project management and general trade of IT and solar products. The company also operated an international trade exchange website (savitrex.com) where buyers and sellers worldwide would register their trade leads and display products.

Over the following 2-3 years the focus narrowed down to Renewable Energy, an industry sector with big growth potential. Having talented engineers among its key people the company exploited its strong technology potential to establish a company with capabilities in Engineering, Production, Supply and Construction.

1. 2005 – EU and UNDP offices – Solar and Power Back-up systems
2. 2006 – African Development Fund – 40 solar powered secondary schools
3. 2007 – China Mobile – hybrid systems for telecom BTS stations
4. 2008 – Rooftop grid-tied solar systems in Luxembourg
5. 2009 – Vodacom hybrid systems + Company award by DMADE (a World Bank organisation)
6. 2010 – Funae project – an EU funded solar project in Mozambique
7. 2011 – Kuwait Oil Company solar project – manifolds in West Kuwait
8. 2012 – Awarded a Kuwait Oil Company solar project – condensate line
9. 2013 – Fraser Alexander project – Rustenburg South Africa
10. 2014 – Norwegian Church Aid Project + AECF project award
11. 2015 – R&D and start of implementation of PV Moto
